About the event

Our upcoming webinar, the second in our series for Planet Over Profit campaigners, will focus on reviewing group activities during International Day of Forests. We'll hear from a group about their experiences, followed by insights from WALHI (Friends of the Earth Indonesia), who will share their perspectives during their UK visit. Additionally, two community members impacted by land-grabbing and intimidation will speak about their struggles. WALHI will also present new research on ongoing deforestation by palm oil giant Astra Agro Lestari. Finally, we'll discuss plans for our presence at the Unilever AGM on May 1, including an accompanying action outside the venue.
